Espaguetis con salsa de chorizo

Para la elaboración de este platillo delicioso y rápido de hacer vamos a necesitar los siguientes Ingredientes:

-400g de pasta(en este caso tallarines)

-Una cebolla blanca

-Un pimiento

-5 dientes de ajo

-Un tomate natural

-Puré de tomate

-Un chorizo

Modo de preparación

1 Vierta la pasta en un recipiente con agua hirviendo ( en el que previamente haya agregado una cucharadita de sal y media tacita de aceite). Debe dejarlos hervir  alrededor de 10 minutos ,luego escúrralos.

2 Para comenzar a hacer la salsa ,escachemos los dientes de ajo ,picamos la cebolla y el ají en pequeños pedazos ,y en una sartén, con un chorrito de aceite de oliva, sofreímos todo esto.

3 Molemos el chorizo y lo agregamos al sofrito ,lo mismo hacemos con la salsa de tomate.

4 Por último mezclamos la salsa con la pasta y agregamos el tomate natural cortado en cubos ,muy importante hacer este paso de último para que no se marchite demasiado el tomate.      

Después de seguir estos pasos, estará lista la receta. Esperamos la disfrutes.
