-500g de carne de res en fajitas

-1 cebolla grande

-1 pimiento grande

– 1 lata de champiñones( para la salsa)

-1 taza de leche ( para la salsa)

– ¼ de taza de salsa inglesa (para la salsa)

-Mantequilla( para la salsa)

Modo de preparación

1 Para la elaboración de la salsa: en un sartén agregamos mantequilla ,incorporamos la leche ,la salsa inglesa ,los champiñones ,una pizca de sal y una cucharadita de maicena .Dejamos cocinar por 5 minutos.

2 En otro sartén ,sellamos las fajitas

3 Luego, incorporamos el pimiento y la cebolla, ambos picados en lascas . Dejamos cocinar por 5 minutos e incorporamos luego la salsa.

Después de estos 3 sencillos pasos, estará lista esta receta que será un concierto de rock para vuestro paladar.
