Pechuga de pollo rellena con chorizo ,queso y pimiento rojo.

INGREDIENTES:

-una pechuga de pollo entera adobada

-Un pimiento rojo

-100g de chorizo vela

-100g de queso rallado

Modo de preparación

1 Abrimos con cuidado la pechuga por uno de los extremos ,sin llegar al otro extremo.

2 Picamos el chorizo en cubitos, al igual que el pimiento.

3 Hacemos una mezcla con el queso ,el chorizo ,y el pimiento.

4 Rellenamos la pechuga con la mezcla anteriormente preparada.

5 En una sartén con mantequilla sellamos la pechuga .

6 Luego  la trasladamos al horno unos 30min a 180c’,te recomiendo que la envuelvas con papel de aluminio, para evitar que se seque demasiado.
